A dark ruby with a purple hue. Viscosity is slightly higher than medium. The scent is a mixture of plum, blackcurrant, violet and black pepper, accented by roasted oak scent. A slightly complex aroma with a deep aroma of roasted coffee beans, espresso and bitter chocolate. The attack is strong and smooth. It fills the mouth with an abundance of rich and rich fruit. Like the scent, it has a rich bitter sensation that melts the elements of smoky oak, minerals add complexity to the taste, and both tannin and acidity are well balanced. The amount of alcohol is moderate, and the sweetness of vanilla, oak, and fruit flavors that go through the nose lasts. Full body with richness.
